The selections of present good place in Awaji whom female college student of Kansai chooses
Hello! My name is Miharu. I’m a student at Hannan University.
I’m in charge of writing this blog. :D
Now it’s the beginning of the rainy season.
Every day, I always say how hot it is.
By the way, we went to Awaji-island for field work!
I was looking forward to going there, because I can try to make buckwheat noodles!:D
WEB⇒a buckwheat noodle café name called Ikutamura
This time, we visited a buckwheat noodle café name called Ikutamura.
We made buckwheat noodles from buckwheat grown in a nearby field.
We ate it right away!
Straight ahead on foot, there was……
There was a building that somehow felt very retro.
They made buckwheat noodles for us at the café next to the building.
We can eat noodles hot from the stove.
They also have parking spaces. So it’s really convenient for customers.
Now, I’ll tell you about making noodles.
We were surprised when we went inside the building. The building was originally Ikuta Nursery School, and after it closed a few years ago, it was borrowed from Awaji City to be used as a community center.
I thought that we would each make our own containers but actually, we made one container together.
This picture shows that we mixed the buckwheat with water.
The staff taught us politely.
This picture shows us after stretching the noodles out.
Then we cut it like in this picture.
Tada! What? It’s a different size? Lol
This flavor was exquisite! We got to make personalized noodles.
After that we went to the cafe next to the buckwheat shop, we could eat noodles we made.
They were really chewy. It was definitely worth all the kneading we did.
In addition, we can eat noodles with tamago kake rice or fried food.
Please take a look that. The egg was really thick and the color was a bit bluish:D
We took pictures together. Hey, why are you stuffing your faces?! ×D
There were a relaxing space at the cafe where we could sit down.
This shop sells rice and a fig jam, which caught my interest.
The fig jam is really rare and a special product of Awaji-island.
On the way home, we found out something rare.
Thank you for everything.
We and , our stomachs had great time..
Thank you for reading our blog!
You can check the information from here.
There are many things on the menu here. I want to give all of them a try! (But maybe I’ll eat too much, lol)
