Awaji tradition alcohol is called Sennen Ixtsushuzou

I’ll introduce about appeal of Awaji.

This is Sennen ixtusyuzou where make traditional alcohol of Awaji.
We could try to go where they make label of bottle and warehouse of alcohol.
There are so many thoughtful items.
People on the second floor , there are a lot of alcohol and snacks.
We could try to taste flavor of alcohol, but I had to drive so my friends tried to find favorite one and enjoyed to drink new flavor that is really.
They looked really happy.
In fact, they are keeping traditional skills which is making alcohol at “ Sennen Ixtushuzou”.
They are keeping to make local alcohol for about 130 years now. The warehouse had serious damage by great earthquake but it was built again and effort to make new flavors day-to-day and protect their local alcohol.
The alcohol is protected important by local people and there is a meaning behind it by a person who is the maker of alcohol.
Do you think that it is amazing?
Even people who is not strong wants to drink them.
Furthermore, their appeal is not only it.
They were awarded 4times by Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyokai.
They are not only making high quality of alcohol but also keeping traditional ways. That is especially why they are loved by a lot of consumers.
